Introduction to the Kitchen
  Welcome to the Soul Kitchen. This area is to host a large number of spells that I have collected over the years. Some border on the darkside but most do not. They range from the simple to the complex covering aromatherapy to beyond tools. Spells for children, healing, plants,herbs,crystals and Indian Folklore. Because of the vast number that are here you must use your password. All that are on the mailing list receive a password. It is my way of knowing who has access to these pages. Warning About the Use of Spells
  All spells have repercussions, no matter what the intentions. Always think twice before committing yourself to the use of a spell. Is it in the best interest of those involved. How will it effect others beside the one/ones directly intended for? Questions like this must me thought out to the fullest. Most spells cannot be undone, once the die is cast etc. I myself have avoided healing spells at times because it is not in the best interest of a persons karma to be healed. It is always a difficult decision to make, but they must be made. I receive many requests for love spells and to have them preformed. I always ask many questions before consenting to anything like this. Spells like this are usually of a selfcentered nature and have horrible consequences farther down the road. Rituals
  Many rituals have been developed to direct and focus energies to attain certain goals. The basic begining is really the casting of a circle which calls upon the natural forces to bear witness to ones actions. It also helps define a working area that concentrates ones energy thus allowing it to harmonize with natures energies and thus dispersing it in the direction of need. Beyond this page there are a number of rituals that you may find useful. You may modify them as needed. You should trust your heart in these maters and learn to create your own rituals. These develop more power overtime. Your words, your thoughts are power, use them wisely. back to top of page
Witch Crafts
  As the name implies, crafts for witches. Candle making, soapmaking, incense, teas, bath salts, tools and similar type activities. The making of many of the things used in rituals and daily life have much more energy if you create them yourself. I know you knew that, but many of you write and ask for help so I have included more info on such things in this section. Many of these are great rainy day projects or winter ones too. back to top of page
